At Organics by SMZ, we currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Charges
We offer FREE Delivery Across Pakistan on orders placed through our online store.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address when placing your order. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with the customer after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Organics by SMZ will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or an unreachable contact number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

At present, we ship within Pakistan only.
